Thanks for selling with BG's Consignment. Here's a quick guide to get you started as a seller on the platform.

After signing up and logging in as a vendor, you can access your dashboard by clicking the
icon in the top right menu. This takes you to the main account page where you can manage your buyer account details and recent purchases.
Click on
GO TO VENDOR DASHBOARD to access your vendor dashboard.
From the vendor dashboard, click the
PRODUCTS tab. Here you can view all the products you have currently listed.
Click on
ADD NEW PRODUCT to list a new product.
Be sure to include important information like size in the title and have high quality, detailed images. After creating your product, it will be reviewed by an admin and upon approval you will get an email letting you know that it is available for sale. In the meantime, you can edit details about your product from your dashboard.
Click on the
ORDERS tab from the vendor dashboard. Here you can see a list of all your current and past orders. Use the filters to sort by Pending, Completed, and Processing orders.
As a vendor, you must properly ship each item you sell using one of the approved carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx). Once your item is shipped, be sure to keep your tracking number. From the Orders page, you will select the order you just shipped.
From the individual order page, scroll to the Shipments box and click on
CREATE NEW SHIPMENT When the dialogue box opens up, enter al of the tracking information and click
Create Shipment.
Your shipment will be processed and the customer will be notified that their order is on the way.
When the status of the shipped item updates to "Delivered" the order will be marked as complete and your funds wil become available. Click on the
WITHDRAW tab from the vendor dashboard. Here will see your available balance and payment history.
From here you can also add and update payment methods for withdrawal.
